Phil Claborn, Kyle Claborn and Elisha Hollins make up the management team based at the Dallas/Fort Worth headquarters. We work directly with clients to create customized solutions based on their individual needs and requirements.
As the needs of our clients evolve, we are able to identify ways in which service can be improved while maintaining the flexibility to implement changes wherever necessary. This client focused approach and 24-hour operation allow IDL to tailor individual services in ways that many of our competitors cannot.
PHILLIP CLABORN
President and Owner
Phil Claborn started IDL after spending 25 years in the paper industry. A graduate of Central State University in Oklahoma, Phil began his career at Western Paper Company in the warehouse and worked his way up from a cutter operator, to a driver, to sales rep and eventually the general manager. At the time he left International Paper in 1998 he was the Regional Vice President in charge of 10 distribution centers in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. As Regional Vice president, he also served as project manager for the design and construction of the XPEDX DFW distribution facility. Phil has taken the skills and experience gained working in the paper distribution industry and applied them to IDL. He is involved in all aspects of the business from developing client relationships and personnel management, to budgeting and operations.

Senior Vice President
Jack Huie has been with IDL since its inception in 1998. A graduate of Tarleton State University, he has worked in the transportation industry for more than two decades. As Senior Vice President, he manages the South Texas operations and our banking and retail accounts, while overseeing all of the day to day operations. He is responsible for maintaining client relationships, making personnel decisions and distributing communications between clients and IDL employees.
KYLE CLABORN
Vice President, Operations
After attending Baylor University, Kyle Claborn returned to Dallas/Fort Worth in 2006 and began working full time at IDL. As Vice President of Operations, he manages the North Texas operations as well as overseeing our accounts in the paper industry. He is responsible for coordinating the inbound/outbound freight, scheduling the drivers and is in charge of the warehousing operations.
